Arrived damaged
Email hello@realmsandrelics.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging. Prints and art cards are replaced at our cost. Originals are one of a kind and can't be replaced, so you'll get a full refund.

Prints and art cards
Return within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original sleeve, for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on the buyer.
Mystery ACEO pulls are final sale. That's the nature of a blind pull.

Originals
Original paintings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Coffee
Unopened bags: return within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Opened bags can't be returned. Damaged or defective bags: contact us within 7 days with photos.
