Realms & Relics – Order Cancellations

Art orders (originals, prints, art cards, greeting cards)
You can cancel any order for a full refund as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email hello@realmsandrelics.com with your order number. Orders usually leave the studio within 3–5 business days, so the sooner you write, the better.

Once it has shipped
A shipped order can't be cancelled. The Returns & Refunds policy applies from there: prints and art cards can be returned unused within 14 days, and originals and mystery pulls are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Coffee
Coffee is roasted to order. You can cancel up until the beans go in the roaster. After that the order is locked in, but unopened bags can still be returned within 30 days.

How to cancel
Email hello@realmsandrelics.com with "Cancel Order #____" in the subject line. You'll hear back within two business days, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
