Realms & Relics – Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting realmsandrelics.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms create a binding agreement between you and Realms & Relics Coffee Company LLC (“Realms & Relics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to all use of our website, products, and services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Orders and Fulfillment
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and will issue a full refund if that happens. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your package to the carrier.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing frequency you select. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next billing date through your account dashboard or by emailing us. Charges already processed for a batch that has been roasted or shipped are non-refundable.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. By providing a payment method, you warrant that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge it for your order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy (see separate page) is part of these Terms. In short, prints and art cards can be returned unused within 14 days, original paintings and mystery pulls are final sale, unopened coffee can be returned within 30 days, and anything that arrives damaged will be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 7 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content—including text, graphics, logos, photos, artwork, and roast profiles—is owned by or licensed to Realms & Relics and protected by United States and international laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
8. User Content
If you post reviews, photos, or other content on our channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing or other lawful purposes.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Violate or infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of others
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Send any harmful code, spam, or automated queries
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Realms & Relics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the price you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Realms & Relics and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
