Processing Time
• We roast to order. Most coffee ships 1–3 business days after you place an order.
• Merch or mixed orders may take up to 5 business days if an item is on back-order.

Where We Ship
• United States only (lower 48 + AK & HI). No international shipping yet.

Tracking
When your order leaves our roastery you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Check spam if you don’t see it.

Delivery Issues
• Enter the correct address at checkout—typos cause delays we can’t control.
• If tracking shows "delivered" but you don’t have the package, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.
• Still missing after that? Email hello@realmsandrelics.com with your order number and we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement when eligible.

Warm-Weather Note
Coffee travels well, but avoid leaving packages in direct sun or a hot mailbox for long periods to keep it tasting its best.
